In metropolitan France, it takes 3 to 4 working days between the time you placed the order and the day you receive your Reebike kit. Outside metropolitan France, it will take an extra two days.
At Reebike, any customer who is not satisfied with the products ordered must be able to exercise his right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, without penalties and under the best conditions.

There are two ways to return the product:
- You send it back to us directly using the means of transport of your choice.
- We print you a stamped return slip. You can drop off your Reebike kit at any Chronopost relay. On receipt of the conversion kit, and after checking that it is in good condition so that it can be sold again, the refund will be made within 48 hours directly to your payment method (credit card or Paypal account)
Only products in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) and in perfect condition for resale (not soiled, not damaged, not used) will be accepted for return or exchange
The cost of returning the product remains the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a lack of conformity or proven hidden defects in the product
Our 3 ebike conversion kits allow any bike to be electrified. If one of our kits is not compatible, then one of the other two will be, provided you choose the correct wheel size.

There are seven different wheel sizes available: 20, 24, 26, 27.5, 28/700c as well as the 29 inches.
To determine the right wheel size, check the markings on the sidewall of your tire. All the information you need is there, but if you're in any doubt, contact us

In the event of a breakdown, don't worry! Our Reebike ebike conversion kits are guaranteed for 2 years and the accessories have a 1 year warranty.

All Reebike conversion kits have a standard wheel. They are therefore compatible with all types of brakes except drum brakes.
- If you have "Vbrake" brakes, you'll need to remove the disc brake pre-installed on the wheel. Once removed, all you have to do is check that your brake pads are correctly adjusted in height and spacing.
- If you have disc brakes, use the washers to align the disc of your Reebike wheel perfectly with the brake shoes. Also use the two screws on the brake block to perfectly adjust (if necessary) the disc in the axis of the brake block.
